We got nice and filthy for this shoot in an old metal shop. Maria came to the studio with a great wardrobe and about 1 ton of old-fashion hand tools. One of the most prepared models I’ve worked with yet! Most of the lighting was handled with reflectors and my reliable, powerful Einstein 640 strobes. As we moved from station to station I noticed the sun poking through a broken window. We threw around some dust to bring out the shaft of light and that’s probably one of my favorite shots ever.
Most of the shots were handled on my trusty Sony a7R II and my frankensteined tilt-shift lens.
You were a trooper, Maria! Special thanks to Melissa for assisting during this shoot. Remember if you want to book me for a shoot, visit thatwerksphotography.com and get that bad boy on the calendar.
