How I Met James Hannon

Lost Boys of the Bronx - The Oral History of the Ducky Boys GangMy friend and fellow comic aficionado James Hannon has released a book called “Lost Boys of the Bronx: The Oral History of the Ducky Boys Gang”. You can purchase the printed book or downloadable book through authorhouse.

A decade ago James and I both shopped at The Little Shop of Comics in downtown Scotch Plains, NJ. At that time he needed a logo for his Lantern Media business. He still uses the logo to this day! I’d like to eventually update it a bit, but I might have a difficult time convincing him.

Without James I would have never met Steve Carlesi and countless other people over the years. So if you’re a kid reading this, buying comics is never a waste of money. It could be your big break!

So buy the book and support the guy who kick started my career.

Green Lantern and his biggest fan, James Hannon, together at last. Perhaps Hal Jordan wouldn’t mind lending James the ring so the Mets win a game or two. This was a pencil and pen illustration which was scanned and colored in Adobe Photoshop.
